Smart Enovations is an ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified product design and development organization having experienced engineers to deal with the design challenges in various domains like Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Power Engineering to name a few, with various OEM’s, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. Our engineers understand the customer requirements and use their experience to arrive at innovative & cost effective solutions. Customer delight is sought by every member of the Smart Enovations team. |
To consistently improve the quality of solutions and reduce the turnaround time, We use open innovation techniques & concurrent engineering practices meticulously. Well established processes & experts are involved in decision making, resulting in better quality with minimum surprises at a later stage of prototype building and subsequent schedule over-runs. |
Smart Enovations team have worked in all the phases of Product development, starting with concept design, bench marking and feasibility studies. Multiple concepts are presented to Customers to choose from. Once the concept and the product specifications are finalised, our design teams will workout feasibility with Validation & Manufacturing teams. Detailed design will be carried out with state of art CAD, CAE and PLM tools to share latest designs with Validation and Manufacturing teams. |
Our Validation team uses traditional analytical methods for quick checks (at every stage of development) as well as computerised engineering tools (CAE) to assess functional adequacy of the design to suggest modifications and to meet design goals optimally. Often simple experimental study is carried out to test assumptions made during design and validation. Simultaneously manufacturing teams study the current design from manufacturability, serviceability and cost aspects, involving the customer and supplier representative in the discussion so as to avoid surprises. These teams can take up work at any stage from the customer and can deliver at the desired stage. | ||
